Welcome to Muddy Flint
Trades Is committed to affordably provide your commercial property with
the specialized care it deserves. We serve properties in the
Franklin County and surrounding areas.
We provide the following

We have been serving the Columbus
area since 1989. Our specialty is hard surface floor care. We are fully
licensed, bonded and insured.
I am a City of Columbus
Firefighter since 1991. The professionalism I maintain at
work with the city as a firefighter and paramedic will also
be apparent in the work we do for you. As a woman, I know
how you want to please your customers with a clean
environment. The people in your place of business working
for me will always be other off duty or retired
firefighters, police officers and some of their family
members. I will personally know each and every person on our
teams.
Why hard surface? We care
for more than just Vinyl tile. We will care for any of your hard floor
needs. Each floor type has its own specialized needs. Most people know
not to use an abrasive cleaner meant to polish silver to polish your
teeth. Toothpaste is meant for this duty. Did you know that most
commonly available cleaning solutions will damage your floors?
We know what products to use on your special floor to make
the cleanest, most durable surface to maintain your investment. We use
only the best products available for your commercial properties. We
also can advise our customers on what products to use on various
surfaces to prolong their life.
If
you have carpeting, we can advise you on whom to contact for that care.
We generally do not clean carpeting and do not have the specialized
truck mounted equipment required to do so. Often we can arrange for
both the soft floor (carpet care) specialists as well as our floor care
crews to work on the same day. This saves you time and money by not
having to schedule for multiple days of maintenance.
Our services include daily
care advice, monthly maintenance, and quarterly floor care. The care of your floor is not
just an annual event. Your floor is an investment, which requires daily
maintenance and regular care to retain its value and appearance
